Rates are based on a 3(ish)-day rental period. Typically customers receive their items the day before their event, and return them the day after, but we're pretty flexible if you need some extra time on either end. Please contact us for extended time period pricing.
Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis and can be made right up until your event date! We try to accommodate your needs as best we can, however as a small company, the earlier you reserve your items the better. We are currently booking for 2022 and 2023 dates.
Invoicing and credit card payments are handled through our AMAZING client management software, Honeybook. You can also e-transfer to hello@kindsignco.com. Payment is due in full to reserve your rentals.
We recommend that someone is present to receive your delivery.
Orders can be picked up from us in Waterloo, Ontario for free, or delivered for an additional fee.
Typically, rentals are delivered the day before your event and picked up the day after. We will provide a 2 hour AM or PM window for delivery.
We are all familiar with "curbside pickup" these days! Local rental pickup works just like that, but as a small company we are based at a residential address. The pick-up and drop-off address will be provided shortly before your event date, along with clear and simple instructions for you to follow.
We understand that the event industry continues to be unpredictable as we head into 2022. In response to this we have developed a simple and fair cancellation policy, which can be found in full here.
Please note that we do not accept substitutions or customization on our packages. Don't need every sign in the package? No worries! Just keep those items in the packaging provided and return them along with the other items at the end of your rental period.
